Fisher Wrathall expands their team as the property market gets back on its feet.

Mayfair Office members Fisher Wrathall in Lancaster have increased staff on Castle Hill in a bid to put recent recession worries behind them and show confidence in Lancaster’s adjusting property market.

While retaining their veteran experience in selling their “signature” properties of character, the long established Estate Agents welcomed two new members to compliment their now more varied listings and new dynamic strategy.

The newest addition to the team, Press and Marketing Officer, Katherine Beaumont, aims to keep the firm running with ever advancing forms of marketing and PR technology, and continue raising property profiles both locally and nationwide.

Katherine trained as a Journalist before moving her skills over to the Press Office at the Dukes theatre in Lancaster. She then went on to gain a variety of experience marketing and promoting business in the area, from local schools to holidays in the Lake District.

Katherine said, "I am delighted to work for Fisher Wrathall. It is a company of marvellous old-fashioned integrity and is really bouncing forward in terms of its marketing strategy. We now have high functioning profiles on the social marketing scene and we stand out by promoting internationally and nationwide with the help of our London office."

Charles Davenport also joined Fisher Wrathall to bring a fresh pair of eyes to the negotiating team while training as a surveyor. He recently arrived from the West Indies where he worked within a multi disciplinary practice, housing people across the Cayman Islands. has thrown himself into both the commercial and residential sales platforms of Fisher Wrathall. He says: I love working within such a friendly team and get a real buzz from the varying and individual properties across the North Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria area.

Senior partner at the firm, Mike Fisher, who has been in the business locally for 47 years, says: “The rest of our staff are what you would call veterans and know the business and the area inside out. It is, therefore, really good to get some fresh perspective, shake up the routine and work with both traditional and state of the art objectives.”
